Return a Product

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30 day (new) and 7 day (refurbished) return privilege policy. You need to call us to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to process the return request. We can only accept returns through the number below. Be sure you have all the necessary transaction details on hand (your name, a sales record number, an item title or a number). Please note: In case the item is NOT defective, or UNopened, the buyer is responsible for the round shipping fees.

If the item has been shipped and the customer refuses to accept the package (w/o due to the reason), we will apply some additional charges on the order, as per instruction provided by the carrier. The same rule applied when a customer asks for a cancellation or a change of a shipping address after it has been shipped out (Please check your address details before you’re paying for the item), or the item is for free -shipping and the customer requests for a stop shipment or cancellation.

For all the international orders, customers will need to pay for  back shipping as we can not provide a pre-paid return label.
In case an address was mistakenly confirmed by a buyer and the item was arrived back to us, we would ask you to pay the re-shipping fee.

In case the item apparently has stopped working and a customer wants to return it, we will provide you with  the  return shipping label at your e-mail address and you can send it back to us. In some cases, we may ask you to check with the manufacturer on the issue. As most of the time, they can resolve it without having you sending the item back to us.

As for a replacement: We gladly replace the item if we have one available in stock (once we get the returned item back) or unless otherwise instructed. A pre –paid return label will be sent to your e-mail. In case you received a wrong order, we are fully responsible for a replacement and shipping unless otherwise advised.

 

Consumables

Consumables (toner cartridges, ink cartridges, blank media, projector bulbs, etc) are not returnable for any reason once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. Support and replacement for these products is available exclusively through the respective manufacturer or supplier. Please make sure you verify all specifications and compatibility before purchasing.

 

Software and Multimedia

Opened softwares, music, games, and movies are NOT eligible for returns. By other means, we believe they are 100% authentic, manufacturer sealed products.

 

Check the label

  • Verify the information on your ARS label(s). It should already have your information filled in for your convenience.
  • Your Return Authorization number will be supplied in the space marked "RA#" on the ARS label(s).
  • If you're returning more than one package, be sure to fill out the "Pkg: __ of __" info at the top right of each tag (Example: Pkg 1 of 2)


Pack carefully

  • All returns must be packed with all the contents that come with the original package including cables, software,
    plastic and cardboard packaging, and an unregistered warranty card.
  • All returned items will be inspected before the money is returned.
    If the item is missing accessories (as per item description) an appropriate charge will be billed to the buyer.


Attach the labels

  • Remove old shipping labels or mark out the original tracking numbers.
  • Then securely tape one completed ARS label to each package.


Give the package to FedEx

  • Hand it to any FedEx driver or take it to any official FedEx drop-off spot (a FedEx station, FedEx Store, or other store that handles FedEx shipments).

Return Procedure

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return LGeOO reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at LGeOO.com sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.

  • The customer will be refunded right after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Your PayPal payment will be credited back to your PayPal account.
  • A credit card payment will be completed in 1-2 business days.
  • For money order payment, we will send you a money order or a bank check unless otherwise advised. (Payment will take 3 business days by mail).
